"I called to renew my cc and got to chatting with Andrew. He had such a pleasant demeanor that when he asked me who handles my auto policy I kept the conversation going. I could have ended it, but he was pleasant so I told him and one thing lead to another. Now State Farm handles my auto and renter's insurance. It also helped that I had a dear friend who retired from State Farm years ago after almost thirty years of employment. That incident gave me the impression that they'll be around for years to come."

"Elena made the entire process of being insured incredibly easy and stress-free. I ran into technical difficulties and needed an agent to manually look through my case. To make matters worse, I had a deadline to obtain the required insurance and other agents were busy at the time. This is where Elena was there for me.
