"I was searching for new auto insurance when an additional driver needed to be added. Online quotes were all over the place and I didn't have a good understanding of coverages. In this day it's easy to just do things online and go with what's cheapest. But I decided pick up the phone and called a local rep. I was connected with Louis and he was awesome! He took me through all coverages, explained in plan terms what it all meant, what is required versus what is recommended. He also took the time to talk to me about add'l ways to save. He was prompt in returning my emails and phone calls to answer other questions I had and to take me through all the necessary steps. My process started for new auto insurance only, but due to the service, attention and ease (and the amazing rates) I switched both auto and home. And, I even added an umbrella policy. It felt great to "shop local". Any friend who asks me for a recco will definitely be referred to Louis and State Farm!"
