"It started out great. Then they start dropping the ball with billing you larger payments then you were suppose to pay. Probably hoping you don’t catch it. They took forever for my adjustments. They come across sincere but se to scheme what they can financially get from you. I paid for all their services and once you get into not-your-fault accidents. Such as your car get hit parked or water damages to your vehicle from a storm they turn on you. They blindside you with an email stating because of my “claim” history they will no longer renew my policy. As long as they can make money from you they’re great. Let your matter costs more than they make from you first and see how they discard you like trash! I’m over clowns, crooks and Snake Oil Salespeople!"

"I walked into the office for an auto insurance policy as a first time car buyer and the lady who assisted me wasn't very professional. She had trouble entering the correct information and made little to no explanation when my policy was denied. But Andrew was very helpful and he gave me a call later on the current market and ways to save on auto policy. Although I have to shop elsewhere for now, I am open for business as Andrew seems like a genuine person and eager to help."
